Terminal 1 Lounges
Terminal 1 of Queen Alia Airport features three lounges with a variety of amenities for travelers to comfortably relax and enjoy before their flights.
1. Marhaba Plaza Premium Lounge
- Location: Terminal 1, Inside Security, 1st Floor, above Duty Free area
- Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
- Services: Complimentary services include refreshments, Wi-Fi, flight monitors, newspapers, magazines, TVs, smoking area, telephones, and family space. Shower facilities and private rooms are available for an extra charge.
- Capacity: 130 seats
- Access: The lounge is accessible to eligible passengers with American Express, Dragon Pass, other authorized credit cards, and active lounge management programs.
- Requirements: Plaza Premium Lounge Pass (or pre-booking through their official website), Dragon Pass, Priority Pass, Mastercard

2. Petra Lounge
- Location: Terminal 1, near gates 208 and 210 on the departure level of the North pier, next to WHSmith Bookshop and Pharmacy 1
- Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
- Access: Passengers on international flights only, free access for children under 2 years
- Access Time: 3 Hours before scheduled flight departure
- Services: Complimentary services include premium food, beverages, flight monitors, TVs, telephones, a smoking area, prayer room, and Wi-Fi. Showers, private rooms, and conference rooms are available for an extra charge.
- Requirements: Walk-in payments, Priority Pass Card, and eligible Mastercard or digital lounge access key

3. Royal Jordanian Crown Lounge
- Location: Terminal 1, Inside Security, after Immigration, past Aldeasa Duty Free, above Starbucks
- Hours of Operation: 24 Hours Daily
- Access: Limited to two guests per cardholder, only for passengers on international flight
- Access Time: 3 Hours before scheduled flight departure
- Services: Flight monitors, newspapers/magazines, Wi-Fi, refreshments, disabled access, TVs, prayer room, children’s area, smoking area, and showers at additional cost.
- Requirements: Walk-in payments, Priority Pass Card, eligible Mastercard or digital lounge access key
